Had a great afternoon at the Curtain K showroom! There are so many curtains to choose from, all nicely displayed. Learning about motorised curtains was great as i wanted a smart home. Easy to get info and compared with other curtain shops, the staff were friendly and approachable, offering help when needed but letting me explore on my own. Really happy with my purchase ! :-)

I have a problem just 2 days back. My installed blind collapsed. It hurts my arm. Bruise and swollen. It was a Sunday. I texted Curtain K Mr Ng, sent him the photos on the collapsed blind and bruised of my arm. He got back to me on Monday that he will schedule on Tuesday. But needs to charge me for $100 transport cost. I was furious. I was thinking that I don’t cause the problem. On Sunday, I texted him with a very polite tone. I didn’t asked for compensation for being hurt. I have to arrange and take leave to attend to the rectification. I have to suffer for few days without blind. Please comment is this right to do it to a nice customer like me. Let me know if the customer was at fault? The company didn’t call me back after that for a resolution. Before sales service was excellent because they want business. Look at the quality and after sales service is another aspect. Let me know from their competitors is that a customer problem? The insert used is wood. Is the quality better than plastics? Need the subject matter expert to give comment so that consumer like us is aware of the best practices and quality.

Excellent service! Chance upon the booth at expo and the salesperson was good, kept giving us suggestion and ideas. The guy who come to our house to do measurement is also friendly and nice! The curtains that installed at my place are pretty nice which I had approached curtain K when my house was almost ready, over 2 weeks period that I have arrange them to work closely with my designers. After the selection material was completed, when comes for installation on the day was a hassle free, it was truly a pleasure to have session with their advisor in particular. Good vibes and teamwork.

I love Curtain K service have been using them 3 times for my house, their service provider is patient and with me, when it comes for installation was quick and I have had been recommended by my friend, their workmanship for my house is great, because they advise best not to rush them, and they can fit my schedule when I am around. Highly recommend.

I always use Curtain K for my window dressings. I used them 6 years ago for 12 roman blinds and they are still in fantastic condition. Testament of good workmanship. I have recently updated 2 of my front rooms 1 with a roman blind and the other with curtains along with sheer blinds, I'm happy with them. Advisors is fantastic giving great advice and excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This was really good. I have no idea who posted the one star... but.... IT'S REALLY EFFICENT when it comes for installation. I came to Curtain K 6 months ago to have my curtains done up, overall the workmanship was quite good. the post-sales staff attend to me for installation, the service staff is patient and excellent coordinator. In his hands, After 3-4 visits, when my house is under renovation, and tracks are installed after the cleaned up i don need to be scared or headached if the technicians positioned it wrongly. There is someone there to monitor for post-sales, but could only attend up to 70-80% visits, as the post sales staff are busy with their packed schedule.
